Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of asparaguswands.com (the "Site") and your purchase of Asparagus Wands. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We sell asparagus-shaped bubble wands in fixed bunches. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. We do our best to describe our products accurately, but we can't guarantee that colors and details appear exactly the same on every screen.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; we may accept, decline, or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it.
We currently ship within the United States, and orders ship in 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for how returns and refunds work.
Asparagus Wands are toys meant to be used with adult supervision. Keep bubble solution away from eyes and mouths, don't drink it, and use on a non-slip surface. You're responsible for using the product safely and supervising children who use it.
The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, and design — belong to Asparagus Wands and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asparagus Wands is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
